Re-pointing of spire and tower masonry in lime based mortars.
Loose masonry taken down and rebuilt securely using stainless
steel dowels. New masonry can be supplied and fitted.
Rainwater goods removed and refurbished with new supplied in
either Cast Iron or Aluminium.
Slates removed to examine condition of structural timberwork.
Any old and decayed timber can be removed and replaced with new
treated timber and non-ferrous fixings for longevity.
Lead valleys re-formed and rebuilt to correct falls to Lead
Sheet Association specifications.
Complete re-roofing service in Lead, Westmoreland Slate,
Rosemary Tile, Derbyshire and Yorkshire Stone Slate or Copper -
all to current best practice.
Access provided with re-gilding of clock faces and weather
vanes in 23 3/4 carat Deep Gold leaf.
Pest Control measures by supply of bespoke powder coated
stainless steel mesh guards to louvered openings and lucarnes.
Anti-vandal guards supplied and fitted.
Annual maintenance of high level gutters - removal of leaves
and debris to ensure free flow of rainwater. Please see our
